Questions
Do I need WhatsApp Business?
No. It works with the normal WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business already on your phone. Messages go out from your number, so customers can reply to you directly.
My washers don't have smartphones.
They don't need one. One phone at the wash is enough — you pick who's washing from a list.
Is my customers' data safe?
Your data is only visible to you. We never sell it or message your customers ourselves. See our privacy policy.
Can the booking page be on my own website?
Yes. Add a “Book online” button to your website, and your booking page and app open on your own address, like book.yourwash.co.za. You add one record in your domain settings — we'll send you the steps.
Do you host my website?
No, your domain and hosting stay yours. We give you the website files ready to upload. Bookings and the app run on our servers, so there's nothing to install or update.
How do I pay?
By EFT after your free trial — monthly, or a year upfront with the ready-made website included. We'll remind you a few days before the trial ends.
